K2 children at Bedok Methodist Preschool (BMP) put values learnt into action by showing love and care for their neighbours – seniors residing In the Moral Home for the Aged Sick located near their school, by visiting them to spend time with them through various activities.

The children performed action songs for the seniors, cheered them on during the games segment and also presented cards that they specially created for the seniors. In addition to spending time with the seniors, food donation was also made to the residents of the Home. Prior to the visit, BMP sent a request to parents of all levels for food donation which was collected by a staff from the Home.

From the response of the senior residents of the Home, the time spent had brought much joy and warmth to all at the Moral Home for the Aged Sick. We are also appreciative to parents for partnering our children and team in the project through their generous food donation to residents of the Home.
